Turned A business around from a 2 million loss into a profit within 3 years, through people performance management, range rationalisation, improved margin, improved store standards and commerciality, good cost control and a defined clear strategy.
Identified areas requiring investment and secured funding from the board to open new formats and refit 2 existing stores seeing + 40% increases once refitted. New formats delivered a return on investment within 12 - 18months.
