Led the re-design/re-positioning of a flagship department store - 2 year programme working with architect, ad agency, V/M, shop-fitter and other disciplines.

Worked with a luxury boat company to understand stages of brand consideration/ product selection/purchase to evolve a journey that informed components and brand narrative for their showroom design.

Working with a video games retailer, solutions were created to resolve specific problems ie queue busting at peak times, improving the service desk, customer flow etc. Followed by designing their ‘Store of the Future’ at Westfield.
