Launched a beauty brand DTC storefront within a luxury portfolio at Ashcorp — overseeing homepage, navigation, PDP, and checkout UX in close collaboration with creative and development teams.

Achieved an 18% conversion rate improvement and £1.4M incremental revenue at Exertis through data-led optimisation. Delivered 69% YoY revenue growth at Ashcorp through decisive, insight-driven daily trading action.

Personalisation, Segmentation & CRM

Connected CRM insight with onsite experience — using behavioural segmentation via Klaviyo, Emarsys, and Algolia to serve the right content and products to the right customer at the right moment.

 

At Exertis, personalisation-led improvements across product pages, landing pages, and category navigation delivered a 1.2% conversion uplift and £1.4M incremental revenue.

 

A segmentation strategy that works across both lifecycle marketing and onsite journeys simultaneously — reducing drop-off, improving LTV, and making every customer feel like the site was built for them.

Lifecycle & Retention Strategy

Built and managed full lifecycle and retention programmes across Klaviyo and Emarsys — designing automated email flows, SMS campaigns, win-back sequences, and behavioural segmentation strategies that drive repeat purchase, increase LTV, and grow the database sustainably.

 

Delivered a 17% increase in campaign revenue and measurable LTV improvement across multiple DTC brands.

 

Knows how to turn a one-time buyer into a loyal customer — and build the automated infrastructure that makes it scale without constant manual effort.

Site Merchandising, AOV & Commercial Forecasting
